This dreamy golden wine is fresh and funky showing nuanced floral aromas with ripe orchard fruit and a delicate tannin on the palate. Two picks went into the making of this 2024 vintage only days apart in mid September, the skins were left on the Pinot Gris for 14 days and the Riesling for 12. They were gently punched down twice a day by hand until the wild ferment was complete and eventually pressed off into neutral French oak barrels and aged for four months. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled with lees.
